I’ve thought it would be a good idea to take a tour of INTO Manchester ,in order to introduce it for the students who are planning to study here in the future. I remember myself searching desperately for INTO and Manchester videos on YouTube and many other sites. Well, hopefully this will be helpful for those who want to find out how is it here at INTO Manchester!
The video begins in front of Bridgewater House, so that the provided city atmosphere can be felt. Then the ground floor, the first, second and third ones are presented. You’ll have the possibility to see a class room, the Smart Board machine, the vending machines, the break areas and the learning centre. One of the INTO Manchester students, Ahmed, gives us a short interview and Neil, the welfare officer, speaks about his responsibilities at INTO. Hope you’ll enjoy the video.

Lady GAGA! Been there, seen it ;)
INTO Manchester students aren’t good just at studying, but at having great time as well! After waiting for 4 months to go to Lady GAGA concert, we did it! Knowing that she won three prizes at Brit Awards including the prize for the International Female Solo Artist and International Album for The Fame made the willingness to see her even more “excited” :). Well, without taking into account that we have queued for one hour to enter the M.E.N Arena and waited about two-three hours for her to appear on the stage, everything was excellent. We really enjoyed “Just Dance”, “Poker Face”, “Paparazzi”, “Bad romance” and other songs, and the provided show was awesome as well! I uploaded videos for you ;) I was so impressed but disappointed at the same time! Why? Well, she seemed so strange to me! During the whole concert she didn’t even change her facial expression. All the songs were performed with non-emotional eyes! But maybe this is an important factor of her glory? That she is different from other singers? What do you think about her?

INTO and the City Of Manchester
Firstly I want to mention that UK was my top destination because UK universities provide internationally - recognised qualifications of the highest standard. The education system combines the best elements of tradition and modernity. And as I am interested in Business and Economics the fact that British capital and British economic institutions actively participate in the world trading also was an important factor in choosing the UK.
I have started my course at INTO in September 2009, about six months ago. During this time I found out many things that I think could be useful to you. So here you have some information about INTO Manchester:
INTO Manchester offers a wide range of English courses and academic programmes like Foundation for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies. These provide a good opportunity to get accepted at a prestigious university across the UK, like the University of Manchester.
The INTO Centre is located in the city centre, therefore it is very easy to get here from whatever point of Manchester. INTO is located on the first, second and third floors of Bridgewater House, an impressive building from one of the most popular student cities in the world.
(In a couple of days I will upload a INTO Manchester video, so that if you want to study here you’ll have an impression of how it looks)
Let's talk about the city of Manchester now ! I did some research before choosing Manchester as my destination.I also thought to study in London but I wanted a more calmly and friendly atmosphere. Here I don’t have to get on the under-ground for forty-five minutes and then go to my lecture or wake up with 2 hours before it’s beginning ! There are a lots of things to do, different sorts of people and a real strong student vibe! I chose Manchester for many reasons, but the first and foremost for its reputation as being the best student community in the North England.
I think Manchester is really good. The atmosphere that is provided by the city is great. Societies like the International Society, organize o lot of activities in which student are welcomed to involve. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, what is your background, there is always something for you to do and enjoy in this city !
